            <description><![CDATA[<p>Turn Sibling Rivalry into Harmony with Creative Play <br /> <br /> Learn how to turn sibling rivalry into harmony at ARTBEAT Creativity Store and Studio on Thursday, September 17th, 2009, from 4:30 to 6:00 pm, when identical twin sisters (and Bellingham residents) Heather Kempskie and Lisa Hanson, will feature their award-winning "The Siblings' Busy Book: 200 Fun Activities for Kids of Different Ages."  </p><p>Siblings are each other's first playmates. Through play and exploration, they learn the art of cooperation and teamwork and the joys of friendship and fun. Meet the authors and learn some simple strategies to create sibling harmony in your home, while trying three activities from the book. Each activity has been designed to engage multiple children of varying ages. <br /> <br />Programs like this are a boon for families who need new ideas and inspiration as they face the challenges of raising multiple children with different capabilities and needs.</p> <p>Kempskie is the editor of Parents and Kids magazine and Hanson is director of child development programs at Bellani Maternity in Warwick.
